The publisher says: The theme is a competition for the development of neutral balloons. Super exhilarating! High-speed engine-building card game!
Simple rules: play or draw cards. All cards of the same colour as the card you play activate and draw a lot of cards! Massive scoring! The engine-building experience is concentrated and can be played in a short time. Also, if you play cards of all colours, you get the bonus of scoring a lot of points! The dilemma is whether to play cards of the same colour to turn the engine or play cards of a different colour to score bonuses.
