Solar Empire 2012

Solar Empire:CCG is a new card game, its a space warfare game based on solar system conflict and space combat. Its made for 2 players, 8 years and older, the game itself uses cards to represent spaceships, planets and special effects. Its basically a deck dueling game, where players build their own decks and play against another player across a table. The cards are high quality, the rules are easy to understand, and it has replay value due to the variety of cards and player strategies. The object of this game is to capture all the opponent's planets before your card deck is exhausted. All cards are played face down, the planets are setup at the start of play, face up, as the game progresses ship and special effects cards are revealed, players tally their victory points and the winner is decided. The game play time is from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the number of planets in play. Its a portable game using only cards, there are no dice, charts, or tokens involved, all a player needs is their own deck and they are ready to play.
