Spellbound 1975

Each player, in turn, must construct a word using the eight cards dealt to that individual. A wind-up timer ticks off loudly as an digital readout counts down from nine to zero. A bell sounds when a minute has passed. A player scores for constructing word of three letters or longer. A bonus is scored if the word length of the bonus card is reached. The game is over when the last of the fifteen bonus cards is claimed. The highest score wins.

The plastic molded gameboard is packaged in a massive 26” x 26” x 5 ½” box. The game is endorsed by Jerry Lewis.
