The Sickbay Resource is a participation prize given to players who participated in the Turret Turmoil Organized Play Event. It is considered a Resource and costs 6 squadron points.
It can only be equipped to a ship with a hull value greater than 3, and allows the player to either place 2 time tokens on this ship's admiral, captain or crew when they would otherwise be disabled, or discard Sickbay when one of those cards would be discarded.
