The game is played while watching a soccer game. Each player gets a whistle, a red card, and a yellow card, and tries to use them, anticipating the referee.
Every time the referee decides the same way as a player, the player gets bonus points, otherwise minus points. Who has the most points at the end of the soccer game wins.
