About the Game
Fight the war on terror in the modern age of nuclear conflict!
Pirates can blockade and interrupt sea lanes. Terrorists can pop up anywhere on the planet. They can launch suicide attacks, seize control of undefended areas and even steal nuclear warheads! If you attack them, they can simply run away.
Their insidious spread can cause real damage without a concerted effort to keep them in check. Ignored they can grow into a new Islamic superpower!
—description from the publisher
A new player controls the Terrorists. The Terrorist player has no home country areas or capitals. They can never be conquered or destroyed, but will rise up from other conflicts.
