About the Game
SwaPo (Swap Poker) is a tense, highly interactive card game of negotiation and deception for 2-10 players, using just a standard deck of cards (53 cards including one Joker). You and your opponents aim to collect the most cards of the same rank in your 5-card hand over a series of rounds.
The game’s unique twist is the EXCHANGE PHASE. Each player gets one chance to forcibly exchange cards with any other player. While the exchange is mandatory for the target, players are explicitly encouraged to lie, bluff, and break promises during the negotiation. This is a game where memory and psychology are as crucial as the cards in your hand.
Featuring a simple "set collection" scoring objective, SwaPo builds up tension round after round as players try to manipulate the exchange process and remember which cards are where (counting is allowed). Includes SwaPo Dagger (†) for blind swapping and SwaPo Star (*) for multi-opponent exchanges.
