About the Game

In TAG!, players compete to file cases in federal court against your fellow players. Whoever finishes the game with best cases and you win!

Using custom Party, Claim, and Damages Cards, players build cases against each other. When they maneuver their pawns to the right state on the game-board map they can sue! But first, they better be sure there really is jurisdiction... and hope their opponent don't have an Action Card to dismiss the case.

Tag! features unique scalable gameplay. You can play different versions by choosing to play with different combinations of legal requirements (subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction, and venue). The more requirements you play with, the harder it is to file cases, and the longer and more complicated the game will be. Plus, TAG! includes a gin rummy–like mini-game just about subject matter jurisdiction, where players compete in escalating rounds, to build more and more complex cases.
