About the Game
The asylum’s doors open — but its patients never left.
In Insanity Cure, psychological terror becomes a tangible threat. Set in an abandoned psychiatric facility, this expansion introduces two twisted killers - The Doctor, who is obsessed with perfection, and The Nightmare, a little girl who hides a dark entity - and thematic encounter cards that force survivors to manage fear and stress as core mechanical elements.
