About the Game

It's time to have an Argument!

The Argument takes the intangible aspects of an argument and turns them into cards and mechanics in this competitive dueling deckbuilder! Build your deck with Logics, Mindsets, Rebuttals, Deeds and Power cards. You win The Argument when your opponent's Patience is zero.

The Argument is played over three phases every round that all players go through together in turn order: Prep phase, Debate phase, and Study phase. In Prep, all players begin the new round by drawing 5 cards and setting their Power to 5. Play cards using Power to prepare your board for Debate phase. In Debate, your Logics take on your opponent's Logics in this all new combat system. If a player's Hero is targeted and loses the debate, that player's patience will be lost. In Study, use Power you've saved from the previous phases to upgrade your deck or get more emotional. Manage your power economy well or else you'll have nothing left over with to buy cards with.

Stay patient. Get Emotional. Win The Argument!
