Find out in this expansion for SPQR, found in GMT's C3i Magazine Nr4. It simulates the Carthaginian defeat at Dertosa, a battle bought 215 BC in Spain. Hasdrubal tried to envelop a Roman Army, only to fail due to a lack of cavalry and veteran troops.

The scenario is described as being like Cannae, only more balanced.
