About the Game

Supposedly themed on a Celtic game called Tawlbwrdd (Throw-board), referred to the in the Howel Dha, this version greatly resembles the Viking game Hnefatafl. One set of pieces is on the outside of the board, trying to capture the other sides King. The King's army tries to protect his dash to the edge of the board and freedom. Moves are based on dice rolls. The board is styled with Celtic knot work designs. Rules in English, French and Japanese.
