It was made by the American Publishing Corporation in Waltham, Massachusetts. This famous company no longer exists, but its infamous products live on. They made drug and sex themed board games, puzzles in cans (including Playboy centerfold puzzles), and politically incorrect books about how to fish, how to ski, and how to play golf. For example, one of their games is "LSD Ludicrous Systems Development: A Psychedelic Happening Construction Kit."
