About the Game

Earth is crumbling! Piece by piece, chunks of the earth have floated off to space with only an ice flow from the Antarctic circle left. The earth’s remaining inhabitants, two colonies of penguins, fight for self-preservation. As chunks of ice fall off, penguins will maneuver to the best location of the ice to save themselves as the expense of others. Which penguin colony will have the Last Penguins on Earth.

The Last Penguins on Earth is a two player, dice drafting game where players try to maneuver their penguins away from the disappearing ice chunks onto safer parts of the ice pack. But be careful, for the very icebreak you draw could be used against you! And you could be bumped into oblivion if you get stuck between the edge and your opponent. If a player’s opponent loses all of their penguins, that player wins the game.

Each turn, players will alternate drafting dice for up to three turns and place them on their player boards. Player will decide if their dice will be used for movement or breaking ice. Players will then alternate turns activating their dice. Once all of the dice on the player boards are used. The rounds end and the dice will be rolled to start a new round. Time (and ice) is running out. The player who has one or more of their penguins left on the board, wins.
