About the Game

Director’s Cut Thanatos adds a new miniature to the game depicting the Maniac with an angry face! It also adds a new mechanic: Nightmares. These cards are drawn each time you suffer a Fright and can have effects on the Survivor involved, but also on other players! The box also contains devastating new Maniac cards dedicated to male characters.
