In a dark fairy-tale world, desperate nobles, merchants, and kings make promises they never intend to keep. When the time comes to collect, they turn to those willing to do what they cannot: hunt these cruel beasts, and ensure that the promised reward never has to be paid.

The Promise is a cooperative boss-battler for 1-2 players set in a grim world inspired by classic fairy tales.

Embark on a campaign filled with dangerous encounters, ruthless enemies, and legendary creatures. Defeat powerful foes, harvest valuable materials from their remains, and forge new weapons, armor, and equipment. Through clever combinations of gear, players unlock unique abilities and powerful synergies that shape their combat style and strategy.

Each victory brings new opportunities, but every challenge grows more dangerous. Only those who adapt, craft wisely, and work together will survive the journey through six increasingly difficult battles. Beyond them waits the rightful claimant of the promise, a cruel beast whose death is the only way to keep the promise from being fulfilled.
