An autobiographical game about the real face of poverty.
Playing solo, you need to balance your physical, emotional, social and financial wellbeing while making the rent each month.
This game asks players what they need to sacrifice in order to pay their rent. The difficult decisions that come with the cost of living versus living a good life. Will you be able to have savings? Maintain relationships? Afford basic necessities? A serious game about what it means to survive.
TRIGGER WARNING: This game is designed to simulate life in poverty or near-poverty, and how much we sacrifice just to get by.
Even if you win, you will lose a lot. If you or someone you love has experienced this cycle, the game may be extremely emotional for you to play.
