Tiny Homes 2027

Tiny Homes is a game about fitting everything you need to live happily into the smallest and most efficient space. Each player starts with a small but expandable floorplan onto which they will place feature tiles to design their dream tiny home.

Each round you and your neighbors walk through the Tiny Homes showroom warehouse and pick out Features (tiles) of varying shapes and sizes to add to your home. Rush ahead to secure a feature or take your time to pick up more. You'll want to collect at least one square of each feature type: bathroom/laundry, kitchen, bedroom, seat/surface, storage, productivity/hobby, and entertainment, but you will want more of certain features depending on the activities you are hoping to be able to do in your home!

There are also three Styles of feature:

Quality Features - These features bear the tick of quality. When you choose a Quality feature, take one of the available quality tokens — they may be eco-friendly, luxurious, high tech, or extra comfortable! Add the token to your Tiny Home Owner card to score at the end of the game based on your personal tastes.

Compact Features - These tiles have floorspace on the back, meaning the feature can fold away completely. You'll be able to use the feature, then flip the tile, clearing space for you to move easily about your house and score activities (and help keep it nice and small).

Dual-Use Features - These spaces have two uses, on one side might be a couch, but flip it over and it becomes a desk!

Combining these tiles in clever ways to maximize (and minimize!) your tiny home is what the game is all about.
