About the Game
Toppa is a minimal 2 player tabletop game that can be surprisingly strategic. With super fast set-up and quick gameplay (each game only lasting 5-10 minutes).
Every Toppa game starts with players setting up the board their opponent will start the game with, placing 9 color chips (3 of 3 different colors) into the 3x3 grid and covering them with the stackable checkers. Saving the 3 extra checkers for later potential gameplay. Once that's done, players exchange boards.
The object of the game is very simple, find the 3 green chips in the board in front of you. With each color you reveal, a new action or event happens.
Reveal a green chip. One step closer to winning! 1st Red chip revealed. Rotate the board in front of you 90 degrees. 2nd Red chip revealed. Rotate the board in front of you 180 degrees. 3rd Red chip revealed. Exchange boards with your opponent!
