About the Game

"The object of the game is for each player to cover all the circular openings in his section with Topper pieces. EVERY PLAYER PLAYS ON EACH SPIN. If the color black appears in the section of the player who has just turned the spinner, he can demand that one of the other players remove a Topper piece. from this section as a penalty."
