About the Game

Tosk a.k.a. the Tournament of Sacred Kings (formerly known as Tilted Hilts) is a strategy playing card game of “hand”-to-“hand” combat between two champions. Players spend stamina (STA) to play action and ally cards, while conserving enough to replenish their hand afterward. The first player to reduce their opponent’s hit points (HP) to zero by overpowering their defenses wins the battle!

Tosk uses a standard playing card deck that has center pips on the A–10, plus both Jokers. Give each player a Joker to represent their champion. Both players start with 20 hit points. Each round has three phases — Strategy, Combat, and Recover. Both players complete each phase at the same time and must wait for each other before proceeding. Play continues over a series of rounds until a player’s hit points reach zero.
