This expansion to Town Constructor gives you new game sheet, with new things to control. In addition to building a city, you have progress bars like comfort, finances, and ecology. Everytime you build a building you influence some bars. For example when you build a Factory, finances will increase, but the comfort of living in your town will decrease. You need to manage the levels of these factors so that they are as balanced as possible.
