About the Game

The Hardcore Expansion pushes the game far beyond its original boundaries. With 100 additional cards, it turns the artistic madness into something darker, sharper, and definitely not family-friendly. Violence, sex, disease — this set adds everything to make the game nastier and more extreme, perfect for players who want an uncensored, adults-only experience.
