These are Kickstarter temporary exclusives marked with an asterisk symbol in the bottom right hand corner. The included thank you card had instructions for use:
Cards with an asterisk symbol for their theme pack are promotional cards. You can add up to 1 copy of any promo cards you wish to use in your game, unless that card is already in the chosen packs.
