"VIP Game" is a Pachisi/Ludo-variant with "flying start". That means, that no special number must be thrown to enable the start of the pawns

Besides that, all 4 pawns of a player have different starting positions spread over 2 sides of the board (per player). The pawns are numbered, so that their starting position is always clear during the game.
