About the Game

In VITA - Born in 1902 - Dawn of Hollywood players explore the life of characters in a historical period.

Your life begins at the dawn of the American century. Fight your way into the glorious film industry, make a name for yourself as a gangster in turbulent times, or fulfill the American dream in the City of Angels in your own unique way.

In this thematic strategy game, 2-4 players build up the biographies of their characters using events they obtain from a common "Tree of Life". The goal of the game is to gather the most happiness.

VITA is played throughout 3 Chapters: In the YOUTH, characters are customized by their first life events and obtain an Ambition - a goal for their life.

In the ADULTHOOD, characters compete with each other over valuable events and resources like wealth and fame.

In the OLD AGE, previously gathered score cards are scored for everyone together - every player tries to gain more bonuses than the others.
