About the Game
A game whereby the players attempt to balance components to make a mobile structure which is rather Alexander Calder in feel.
Components include: 1. Tube which both holds the game pieces when not in use and which also provides the base and initial pivot point, 2.central support pieces which balance on top of each other 3. stiff wires that are projected from the central support pieces. 4."c" shaped weights to hang off of the wires or each other. The central supports will only balance if the wires and weights are properly balanced.
The goal is to get all the pieces on to the structure without it collapsing.
On the tube it says, "A dizzying experience awaits he who challenges Vertigo . . . but the reward is a gently floating mobile sculpture.
Steady hands and a keen sense of balance help you to hit upon the right combination of weights and counterweights which complete all levels of the puzzle. Vertigo - the puzzle that thinks it's art."
