About the Game

Vexus is a tabletop card game with extremely unique mechanics. Players have to race toward 100-Gems to win (or knock out all opponents).

The Base Game is comprised of three 100-card community decks with each deck containing cards with quantities weighted by power. One deck is a steady flow of all three resources (Gems, Health, and Coins), one deck is where a player encounters one of five bosses that deal damage and give Gem/Coin rewards, and the last deck gives the player additional control cards that they can play strategically for advantages.

The game is highly modular and designed to be played with any number of expansions, with five expansions being available upon release (for a total of 8 decks to choose from as the player's choice for turn). Each deck is essentially a toolbox with reliable tools that are common enough to find in a few turns, but rare enough to not be guaranteed.
