About the Game
Winner is determined by whoever has all the cards at the end of the game. After cards are dealt equally to all players, they take turns laying one down. If someone notices two matching cards they yell Whip and takes both cards.
Cards contain very clever "whip" pictures and phrases. There are 9 sets of 4 cards each.
