About the Game

Designed for the 2018 Nine Card Contest.

Set in Ming Dynasty China, Wokou is a solitaire game of revenge. After being left for dead, the player must sneak into the Wokou camp in order to take back their father's stolen sword and eliminate the dreaded Pirates.

Using a variable play area of seven cards and minimal components, the player must sneak through the Wokou camp using an intuitive dice pulling mechanism. Once the camp has been alerted, the player will use a dice based combat system in order to take their bloody revenge.

The winning conditions are simple. You either kill all of the Wokou, or die trying. Good Luck!
