About the Game
ZAG DUEL is a reimplementation of ZAG, a visual puzzle game redesigned for two players.
In ZAG DUEL, players challenge each other in every round.
Each player chooses a visual puzzle card for the other to solve as quickly as possible.
Finished first? Call out "ZAG" and count down 15 / 30 seconds for your opponent to finish.
Scoring works as follows: - Did the player who called "ZAG" get it right? Earn double points for their puzzle. However, haste makes waste; if the first player to finish got it wrong, their points go to the opponent.
- The player who finished second and got it right earns the full points for their puzzle. If they got just one piece wrong, they earn half the points (rounded down).
Owners of the original ZAG can play ZAG DUEL using the same cards and the new rules.
ZAG DUEL includes 32 new puzzle cards.
