Bomb Busters wire tiles

A 3D-printable replacement for the cardboard “wires” used in Bomb Busters . I created them so you can have durable, good-looking, color-coded parts. Printing is possible without needing a multi-material printer.

• Prepared for: Prusa Mini+ (but should work on any single-extruder printer that supports M600 filament changes)
• File: .3mf sliced and ready to go
• Material: PLA
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Input Shaper: Works great with it enabled

The provided G-code/3MF assumes four filament swaps per board in this order:

• Color filament (blue, red, or yellow)
• White
• Color (same as step 1)
• White again

You can start the print with any filament —the G-code will immediately prompt you to swap to the first required color.

I added small helper/sacrificial objects on the build plate to shield the model during filament changes and to catch stringing . Just snap or trim them off after printing.

• No supports needed
• Brim: only on support objects
• Cooling: standard PLA profile is fine
• Perimeters/infill: Default Prusa Slicer / Prusament PLA or whatever your default PLA profile uses will work; these parts don’t need special strength
• If you’re not on a Prusa Mini+, make sure your printer correctly handles M600 (or equivalent) filament change commands

• Remove the helper objects
• Lightly deburr edges if needed

I’m also providing each piece as a separate STL file, so you can orient and slice them yourself.
