The original design did not fit my sleeved cards. I modified the depth from 46mm to 52mm to hold all the cards and still fit in the box with all the other components. Just using the base game cards, no extensions.

The other print profile with larger slots for sleeved cards still didn't work for me (I guess we had thicker sleeves) – specifically, the Setup and Lore sections were fine, but we couldn't fit the Action and Court cards. I noticed the walls were super thick on the card holder, so I slimmed them to add 2mm to the Court cards slot and 1mm to the Action cards slot, which seems enough even with thick sleeves. This means the entire model is still 52mm deep, but the Court slot is now 16.15mm and the Actions card slot is now 13.87mm wide.

Designer's Description

A common buzzkill for board game night is the hassle of setup and cleanup. That’s why I created this custom insert for the game ARCS by Leder Games, designed to streamline the process. It ensures each player gets their tokens quickly, with pre-sorted resources and intuitive compartments for all the game pieces, making it easier to get the game to the table and focus on the fun.

I hope you enjoy the print and let me know any feedback you might have!

note: I designed this to be within the footprint of the board folded up which means that there is a gap on the edges of the box, I filled these gaps with some spare foam I had lying around for extra padding.
