The card holder is designed for sleeved cards. I've used Swan Panasia's 80x80mm thick sleeves.

Update 11/04/19:
There was some room left in the box and I was kinda annoyed to rotate the cards, so I used a leaf ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2405021 ) as marker for how much uses the cards have left.
The "leaves-tray" has to be printed three times or you alter the height of the trays as you like. I made them stackable but you should print them with supports enabled.
