Pelargir for war of the ring

My goal is making the boardgame War of the Ring as much epic, awesome and legendary as possible. To do so I'm making the designs for the main fortresses of middle Earth.

Here is my interpretation of Pelargir. Pelargir is at the confluence of two rivers, it is a port city, so I have implemented a lighthouse (with fire) and some defenses for one of the biggest cities of Gondor

The design is optimize to play comfortably, fot that put it on the mountains in its place. And it is compatible with my design of Moria
