Distilled Organizer

I made an insert/organizer to hold the cards for my copy of Distilled (all-in Kickstarter pledge, which includes the Middle East Expansion, metal coins, etc). By and large the insert that came with the game was pretty good, but I had two issues: First, the layer in the box for cards wasted a lot of space and managed not to hold sleeved cards very well. And second, the instructions for unpacking said to leave the empty punch-out boards in the bottom of the box to fill empty space.

I designed replacements for the card tray to hold all the cards, when sleeved (I used Swan PanAsia thick sleeves). I put these holders in the “middle” layer of the box. They're tall enough so you no longer need to keep the empty punch-out boards. Everything fits now with no lid-lift, and the box can still be stored vertically.

I've included the Fusion 360 file if you need to make any adjustments/changes - please upload a remix if you do. You'll need to print 1x large card holder, 1x mixed card holder (I put the expansion deck in this one), and 4x regular card holders.
