Designer's Description
I came across jdpeter's brilliant design for Century: Golem Edition, but couldn't find a similar design for the Century: Spice series that would fit all 3 games into one box without lid lift. I figured I'd try to adapt his design (and mrgigg's player pieces remix) to the Century: Spice series.
Changes I made:
- Player pieces boxes:
- Eastern Wonders pieces need more space
- New World pieces are tiny
- Tiles/token holders:
- Eastern Wonders sea tiles swirl instead of being just plain old hexagons (…why…)
- Eastern Wonders bonus tiles had slight differences in length/width
- New World bonus tiles had slight differences in length/width
- Coin holder:
- It was a bit too tight, so I made a new one (it's not as nicely designed, but it works)
I've only uploaded the models that I edited/created. Please get the rest from jdpeter's model on thingiverse:
- Spice/gem trays
- Card trays (does not fit sleeved cards)
- Eastern vp tray
Oh, and one thing to note: I tried fitting this insert into the different game boxes and found that it worked in my copy of Spice Road and New World, but not in Eastern Wonders due to a slightly narrower width. Your mileage might vary :/
