The component insert fits into the hopper with a clearance of .4mm. This is to account for inconsistent extrusion, shrinkage/expansion, etc for the slip fit. You could slightly scale the part up or down in the slicer depending on your conditions.

Use 4x magnets to secure on the marble chute. I used 3/8" by 1/8" N52 neodymium disc magnets in the design. These may fit tight depending on the batch of magnets you get. If so heat them up to melt it in place.

You might have to sand the transition threshold from the hopper to the chute to ensure smooth marble flow, depending on your slicer/tuning. In my testing there are minimal jams in marble flow, however i only tested with my nice aftermarket ones which have a different mass and friction than the stock plastic ones ☺
