Ready-Set-Bet Chips adjusted for screw washer

I adjusted great design from SH Designs, replacing pennies with screw washer . Used ones from local hardware store 5x17 mm widened.

Single chip all and all weights around 10g.

Idea:

I approached subject in following way

1. filled in the original chip

2. design in blender a cut-out element (I used CAD Sketcher plugin , so diameter can be easily changed) + solid plugin adjusting the height

3. add as negative part stl from point 2 and center both original and cut out part.

Print:

3mf is print ready for the using 5x17 screw washers.

Assembly:

Since screw have some derivation I have to make the cut of a bit larger so it fits all the washer that I bought. I would recommend a drop of glue so once assembled washer does not move.
