My sleeves (the ones that came with the campaign) were a bit too tight, so I increased by just 1mm lengthwise. I also added some openings to allow for easier retrieval of all the cards.

UPDATE: Due to the lid lift, check out my slot covers for the box here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2358535-unsettled-side-slot-cover-for-box

The awesome model by https://makerworld.com/en/@MinimalistGamin is excellent, but it does not support sleeved cards.

His models are here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/109323-unsettled-organizer-all-expansions-in-core-box#profileId-116795

Since my Unsettled is fully sleeved, I needed storage that supported sleeves. Here is my take on it (designed from the ground up in OnShape).

There are two models, one for a planet and an empty one to put in place of the 12th planet. Results in a 4-8 cm lid lift depending on whether you add the two newest planets 10 and 11.
