Looping Louie Autopilot

In 2013 i needed an eye catcher for several Maker Faires. So i decided to hack a game called Loopin' Louie ( in most parts of Europe Looping Louie). I added some 3D printed parts to it and connected another Toy called "Mind Flex" mind controller. With this additional parts and some servos the player is able to "control" the game with his brain.

A more lightweight version is using a servo and an ( 3 pin) ultra sonic sensor. When Louie hits the programmed height of the ultrasonic sensor, the "Autopilot" mechanism is triggered and the players seesaw clicks to the top. Afterwards the notch is tightened again and the "Autopilot" waits that Louie comes around the next time.

Print all needed parts, drill holes to the game's seesaw(s) and screw it together like on the pictures. The video shows the Game at Maker Faire Kerkrade (NL) in 2013. One seesaw is controlled by brain. The other 3 are controlled by the "Autopilot"

Needed parts:
- different 3mm screws and nuts.
- a rubber band
- small servo 9g ( TowerPro or equal ) don't save money here
( The ones at Watterott worked fine. And they are still working)
- Arduino/Genuino or compatible

The wiring of the Arduino can be found in the Sketches. There are two Sketches one called BrainController.ino and one called Autopilot.ino. The Autopilot drives 3 Servos and can be used standalone, if you want you can use it to drive only one or two seesaws with it. I think there is no more need or description for that. Have a look at the code.
