Designer's Description

Terracotta Army - Textured Insert Remix

This is a thematic remix of the excellent Terracotta Army Insert by user "The_S" on Thingiverse .

While the original design provided a perfect functional layout for the game's many components, I wanted to bring the "workshop" feel of the game to life. Using Bumpmesh.com , I have applied high-quality 3D textures to every tray in the set to make the storage look like part of the ancient Chinese construction site.

Features

Woven Basket Texture: All player trays, resource boxes, and coin holders feature a detailed "woven basket" texture, reminiscent of the traditional containers used by the artisans.
Masonry Stone Texture: The miniature trays for the Statues, Horses, and Archers feature a "brick masonry" texture, mimicking the pits and walls of the Terracotta Army excavation site.
Perfect Fit: The dimensions remain identical to the original design, ensuring everything fits perfectly back into the game box with no lid lift.
Thematic Immersion: These textures look great even when placed directly on the table during gameplay as supply trays!

Printing Tips

Material: PLA works perfectly. Matte or "Silk" filaments can really make the stone and basket textures pop. I printed the baskets in a light wood PLA and the minature trays in Marble PLA
File Size & Complexity: Due to the high-resolution 3D textures, the files are significantly larger than the original "flat" versions. Please be patient while your slicer processes the geometry.
Print Time: Expect considerably longer print times compared to the original files. The printer needs to move much more to render the fine surface details of the baskets and stone walls.
