Prints without supports. I used a 0.4mm nozzle, but 0.6 or 0.8 should work fine. Default profile has 3 walls because I prefer strength in inserts, but 2 should work fine. Infill can be minimal; I used 10% cubic. A slight brim is recommended and the settings provided here will prevent it from peeling off; it's useful to leave it on. It will fold up to “lock” the insert into place, preventing it rattling or sliding up in the box.

Designer's Description

I only own a few sets for Railroad Ink, and I wanted a simple insert that could hold a base set and a few expansions, with all the pens and boards, without hassle. Something to make it easy to take a single box to game night.

Horn93's insert ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5996375 ) was very close, but I wanted a few tweaks, so I've remade it. The height is a tiny fraction lower so there's no lid lift, and I've tweaked the finger spaces to make dice easier to remove. I've removed some areas to save filament.

No supports or raft needed. Low infill is fine; I used 10% cubic.
A small brim is recommended to prevent shrinkage at the corners - don't remove the brim when printed; if you leave it on the brim will fold up and 'lock' the insert into the box, preventing it from sliding about or coming loose.

Works with 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8mm nozzles.
