I've set the infill to gyroid to avoid the print head bashing that the default grid infill does. Also the Elephant Foot setting is at 0.25mm rather than the default 0.15 The clearances in the print in place hinge are tight, If you have problems with the hinge printing ensure that you are not using old filament and that the filament is dry. The PiP hinge may fail if printed with filament that swells such as PLA Silk, it might work, but if it fails it's no fault of the model or print profile.

Designer's Description

Print in place card boxes in two sizes, standard on one plate and bridge/poker card size on the second. They are slightly higher than the standard deck so that they will accommodate a well used pack.

These boxes can also be used to hold Pokemon lor other trading cards.

Note: This print may not work with PLA Silk or other filaments that may expand on printing.
