I keep all the Bambu settings the same, except I change infill to 12% to save a bit on filament as this is 360g. The lid is always tight the first few times, it looses quickly.

I shrank it from 182mm long to 178mm so this will work on the A1 mini. The box came out great, works with all if you want a tigheter box, only sacrifices storage for 1 graded card inside. Looking at 6 on outside, about 24 inside.

Latest version with wedge slot system to hold cards upright when the box isn't full. Use this profile — earlier versions don't have the wedge feature. Lid is very solid as well. It's better to print this box and not need the wedge support, as it's even less filament if you don't print the wedge. Builds currently for: PSA, TAG, & CGC. SGC Different Box. BGC Different Box all under printer profiles.

📦 Slab Station – Graded Card Display & Storage Box

Slab Station is a purpose-built 3D-printed storage and display box designed for collectors who want to showcase their best graded cards while safely storing the rest .

Builds currently for: PSA, TAG, & CGC = Same box. SGC Different Box. BGC Different Box all under printer profiles.

This model features a front-facing display area that holds up to 6 graded slabs , making it ideal for desks, shelves, or display setups. Inside, the box is designed to store approximately 25 additional graded cards , keeping them organized, protected, and enclosed under a removable lid.

The design focuses on clean presentation, slab protection, and reliable printability , making it suitable for personal-use prints.

Notes: I have changed in-fill to 12% as this does use around 360g of filament, helps a bit and the box is still very sturdy and strong. If you have the corners coming up from the bed, it's best to add brim 8mm and slow the first layer down to 20 and 20. This will add another hour to the print, but it's worth it.
