Snug fit and more space between miniatures

Scaled up the stands so they are not loose anymore.
Also modified the upper part of the stands to allow for more space between miniatures.

Designer's Description
Easy to print handle and a rack for five handles. Fits at least 27mm bases (if the miniature doesn't extend that much over the edges of base).
