Apple Barrel Folk Art Paint Container 360 Fitted Free Floating Rotating Carousel Modular

Odell Creations presents the Paint Carousel designed to fit 12, 24, or 36 Apple Barrel acrylic water paint containers or similar bottles. Each tray holds 12 containers. You have the option of just printing a two tier or a three tier or even more if you dare. The design is modular. You have a coupler that joins the next cylinder with the previous leaving a mounting ring for the paint tray. A second coupler is provided for the top where another cylinder will not join. This allows you to stack as many trays as you dare to stack. No glue or hardware necessary! Detailed instructions given below and included in the "settings and manufacturing instructions" section. NOTE:

This model requires a fair amount of filament. It is highly recommended to print only a portion of the bottom tray and test fit your bottles before investing into the full print.

You may need to scale up or down or adjust other slicer parameters if you do not get a perfect fit on the test print. Continue to run small test prints until you are satisfied with the fit before printing the rest of the model. Not all printers are calibrated with the same resulting tolerances.

Some printers may print the inner or outer diameter slightly smaller or larger than the actual model. While this model has been tested on an ender 3 ensuring it can be printed by almost any printer on the market, that doesn't guarantee perfect fit on your printer.
