What changed: I've changed 2 of @Jezix's original files: the desk and card trays. I use Tile Tray 1 and 2 as they designed them.
For the files I changed, I removed the overhangs which were giving me a really hard time to print well. I either had difficult to remove supports, or difficult to bridge overhangs. So I removed them.
I also created some cut outs in places to reduce the amount of plastic needed to print these parts.
I can confirm that the original insert, as well as this one, can also hold the bits for the “Game Breaking News” mini expansion. Finally, while I have not sleeved the cards in this game, the card wells should be wide and deep enough to support storing sleeved cards.
