Designer's Description
I needed a new tin insert after sleeving the cards in the forbidden Island game. so i designed and printed one.
Featuring slots for;
- island tiles
- flood deck
- role cards
- pawns
- treasure deck
- treasures
- small tray for water mark
Some mistakes i made when printing and how to avoid:
When printing you should add some “mouse ears” to the long side with the card slots closest to stop warping. also be make sure your choice of infill pattern and percentage has support structure under the treasure and pawn slots.
i was running low on filament to cut down my infill percentage and pattern and didn't add the ears to stop the warping. Although my print is functional and looks fine, don't make my mistakes.
