RULES

The game is played on a 4x4 board with 16 squares, using a set of 16 unique pieces. Each piece varies across four attributes:

Size (large/small)
Color (red/blue)
Shape (circle/square)
Presence of a hole (hollow/solid)
Objective

The objective is to form a row of four pieces that share at least one common characteristic (for example, all large, all red, all circular, or all with holes). This row can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. The player who places the fourth piece in a matching row wins.

How the Game Progresses

Players take turns placing pieces on the board. Once a piece is placed, it cannot be moved.

A unique twist is that players do not choose the piece they place. Instead, after placing a piece, the player selects the next piece for their opponent, who must then place it on their turn.

Each turn has two steps:

Place the piece provided by the opponent on the board.
Choose a piece for the opponent to place on their turn.
On the first turn, the starting player only selects the initial piece for the opponent to place.

End of the Game

The game ends in a draw if all 16 pieces are placed on the board without either player completing a matching row.
